Order
You can check our size guide. If you’re still not sure, please do not hesitate to contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
That’s not possible once your order has started printing. When an order comes in it’ll be queued for printing automatically, so you need to let us know ASAP as we can only change or cancel your order if it is still in the queue to be printed.
Because our t-shirts are printed on-demand, sometimes certain t-shirts might have run out temporarily (depending on the color/size). If that happens, we’ll let you know and you have three options:
- 1) Wait for the t-shirt to come back, if the t-shirt can be restocked.
- 2) Change your t-shirt color.
- 3) Get a full refund from us.
Because our tees/hoodies are DTG-printed using eco-friendly ink, it’s recommended that you first wash them in cold water and air dry to get rid of any extra smell or residue caused by the printing process.
Shipping
Yes. We now offer worldwide shipping.
All our t-shirts are printed on demand. It usually takes us about 2-5 business days to process and print your order (fulfillment). Your order will be shipped immediately after fulfillment.
Estimated shipping time:
- USA: 2-5 business days after fulfillment.
- UK: 2-5 business days after order fulfillment.
- Canada: 5-12 business days after order fulfillment.
- All other countries: 7-20 business days after fulfillment.
No. UK orders are printed and shipped domestically.
Returns and Refund
This really shouldn’t happen but if it does, please contact us within a week of receiving the order and we can either replace it or give you a refund.
How to proceed:
- 1) Email us (hello@made4dev.com) with some pictures of the defects, description of the defects and your order number.
- 2) We’ll get back to you with instructions for the next steps.
Because all our t-shirts are printed on demand, we’re not able to offer returns if you’ve changed your mind after purchasing. However, please still get in touch with us and we might be able to offer you other forms of compensation. .
Please contact us within 1 week after the estimated delivery date so we can help you locate your order or replace it.
